Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who leased a motor vehicle through a SmartLease Agreement that was assigned to Ally Financial Inc., and then purchased the vehicle under the terms of the lease that were dated Jun. 4, 2009 through Jun. 18, 2018 and were assessed a documentary or dealer fee.
