A $115 million settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit In re: Anthem Inc. Data Breach Litigation, aka Anthem Data Breach Settlement.

Class members in the case allege that Anthem and other defendants failed to properly keep their personal information safe when a data breach occurred.

Who should file a claim?

Anyone in the U.S. who received notice from Anthem about the data breach or had their personal information taken during the data breach and is featured in Anthem’s Member Impact Database.
