$65.5M Au Pair Wage Suppression Settlement

A $65.5 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit entitled Beltran, et al. v. InterExchange Inc., et al., aka Au Pair Wage Suppression Settlement.

Au Pair Wage Suppression Settlement

Class members in the case contend that a number of au par agencies conspired to fix wages and limit them to $200 a week.

Au pars are childcare providers that typically come abroad to live with a family and care for their children.

Who should file a claim?

Anyone in the U.S., who worked as an au par on a J-1 visa from Jan. 1, 2009 t Oct. 28, 2018 with an advertised stipend of $195.75.
