Class members in the case claim that the EZ-Flo potable water plumbing system sold by BrassCraft Manufacturing Company used inferior material that caused leaks that resulted in damages.
Susan Houze and Miles Houze filed Houze v. BrassCraft Manufacturing Company, et al. on Jan. 14, 2013.
Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. that owns or owned property that contained a covered Brasscraft EZ-Flo plumbing system that was manufactured up to 10 years before the yet to be determined effective date.
