A $3.3 million settlement has been ordered in the class action lawsuit entitled Kindt, et al. v. AeroMéxico, et al., aka California AeroMexico Call Recording Settlement.
California AeroMexico Call Recording Settlement
Class members in the case allege that AeroMexico didn’t get their consent to record calls to and from its toll-free phone number, which is a violation in the state of California.
Malina Kindt and George Pappas filed Kindt, et al. v. AeroMéxico, et al. on Aug. 28, 2017.
Who should file a claim?
Anyone that was physically located in California and received one or more calls from AeroMexico’s toll-free number from June 22, 206 to Jul. 6, 2017 and spoke to a company representative.
