A $2.65 million settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled Robert C. Barchiesi, et al. v. Charlotte School of Law LLC, et al., aka Charlotte School of Law ABA Noncompliance.
Charlotte School of Law ABA Noncompliance Settlement
Class members in the case claim that the Charlotte School of Law both boasted about its American Bar Association accreditation standards and failed to tell both current and prospective students that its ability to function was compromised because of its inability to comply with accreditation standards.
Class members also contend that Charlotte School of Law officials knew of the situation since at least 2016, but failed to take action to regain the school’s accreditation.

Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who was enrolled, attended, or paid tuition or fees to the Charlotte School of Law between Sept. 1, 2013, through Aug. 15, 2017.
