Class members in the case claim that Webasto Products North America, Inc., Webasto Thermo & Comfort North America, Inc. Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE, Eberspaecher Climate Control Systems GmbH & Co. KG, Espar, Inc., and Espar Products Inc. conspired to fix the prices of commercial truck parking heaters.

Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who purchased an aftermarket parking heater between Oct. 1, 2007 and Dec. 31 2012.
