A $5.86 million settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled Kovach v. Compass Bank, aka Compass Bank Prerecorded Phone Calls Settlement.

Class members in the case claim that Compass Bank made collection calls to them even after they did not agree to receive those calls.
Class members also contend that Compass Bank used an automatic dialing system to call cell phones which used their minutes and data as well as their personal time.

Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who received phone calls from Compass Bank on their cellphone from Jun. 21, 2014, to Aug. 24, 2018, and was not a bank customer or agreed to receive calls from the company.
