Class members in the case maintain that Conair Corporation sold Cuisinart food processors with riveted blades that would crack over time and cause the blade to detach.
Class members also allege that the food processors were advertised as functional but did not operate as promoted.
On Dec. 13, 2016, Cuisinart recalled the blades on certain food processors.
