A $4 million settlement has been issued in the class action lawsuit entitled Ward v. Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC, aka Flagship Credit Unwanted Phone Calls Settlement.

Class members in the case contend that Flagship Credit Acceptance called consumers with an autodialing system that violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Robert Ward filed Ward v. Flagship Credit Acceptance LLC in May 2017.
Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who were called by Flagship Credit Acceptance using a TCN, LiveVox, or Aspect dialing system that used an artificial or prerecorded voice. The calls must have taken place between May 5, 2013, and Sept. 18, 2018.
