A settlement has been ordered in the class action lawsuit entitled Crystal Bray, et al. v. GameStop Corp., aka GameStop Data Breach Settlement.

Class members in the case contend that GameStop compromised their financial information in a cyber attack.
Class members also claim that GameStop did not properly protect their financial information which was submitted by consumers during online purchases.
Crystal Bray filed Crystal Bray, et al. v. GameStop Corp. on Sept. 29, 2017.
Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. that used a credit card, debit card, or another type of payment card to make or attempt to make a purchase on GameStop’s website on Aug. 10, 2016, to Feb. 9, 2017.
