A $62 million settlement has been reached in the class action suit entitled, Tammy Raab v. Kent W. Abernathy, et al., aka Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles Settlement.
Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles Overcharge Settlement
Class members in the case allege that the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles overcharged Indianans for transactions such as driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, ID cards, and other related services.
Class members also claim that the overcharge should be returned to them.

Anyone in the U.S. who paid fees to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles for certain transaction since Jan. 1, 2002.
