Class members in the case contend that Intuit failed to protect their personal information and prevent fraudulent tax activities from occurring.
The class members claim they had fraudulent tax returns filed in their name through Intuit’s TurboTax service.
Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who had a fraudulent tax return filed in their name by someone else using Intuit TurboTax during the tax years of 2014, 2015, or 2016.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A SETTLEMENT DO NOT FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT CLAIM.
