An $8.75 million settlement has been ordered in the class action lawsuit entitled Shoots, et al. v. iQor Holdings US Inc., aka iQor Call Center Unpaid Wages Settlement

Class members in the case contend that iQor violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay call center agents for break times.

Who should file a claim?

Anyone that was a Contact Center Agent at IQor and used Time Qey to track their hours and lives in Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and South Carolina. They should have been employed with iQor from 2007 to 2014.
