A $2.5 million settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled James J. Aboltin v. Jeunesse LLC, et al., aka Jeunesse Distributor Starter Kit Class Action Settlement.

Class members in the case claim that Jeunesse forced them to take part in a multi-level marketing scheme by forcing them to pay for a “starter kit.”

Who should file a claim?
Anyone who purchased a “starter kit” with plans to build a business as a Jeunesse distributor and not just buy the company’s products at a discounted price and then did not make at least as much in sales commissions or product resale profits as they paid for the “starter kit.”
Also, anyone who purchased one or more Jeunesse products from the company with the plan of reselling these products but were unsuccessful in their attempts to do so and either still have the unopened products or discarded them.
