Class members in the case claim that Lenny & Larry’s packaging for The Complete Cookie inaccurately listed the nutritional value and content, specifically in regard to the amount of protein contained in the cookies.
Lori Cowen filed Cowen v. Lenny & Larry’s Inc. in February 2017.
Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who purchase one or more of Lenny & Larry’s The Complete Cookie or other baked good products form the retailer online or at a retail store at any time up until Mar. 19, 2019.
