A $30 million settlement has been proposed in the class action lawsuit entitled Rodriguez, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, aka Los Angeles Gang Injunction Settlement.

Class members in the case contend that the City of Los Angeles instituted gang injunctions with curfews that were unconstitutional and affected more than 5000 people.

Who should file a claim?
Anyone in Los Angeles that was served with a gang injunction prior to Feb. 20, 2013.
