A $1.3 million settlement has been ordered in the class action lawsuit entitled William Grivas v. Metagenics Inc., aka Metagenics Medical Food Settlement.

Class members contend that Metagenics falsely claimed to be able to treat medical conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular problems, fatigue, and bowel issues with its products.

Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who bought Metagenics products labeled as Medical Food since the date of Nov. 9, 2011, including UltraMeal Plus, UltraMeal Plus 360, UltraGlycemX, and UltraClear.
