A $45 million settlement has been ordered in the class action lawsuit entitled In re: Aspen Series BB Evaporator Coil Litigation, aka Nevada Aspen Series BB Evaporator Coil Units Settlement.
Nevada Aspen Series BB Evaporator Coil Units Settlement
Class members in the case contend that Aspen Manufacturing Holdings Inc. sold Series BB evaporator units that were defective, which caused them to rust prematurely.
Class members also claim that the premature rust discharged through the condensate drains, leaving rust stains on their properties or blew rust particles into their home.
In re: Aspen Series BB Evaporator Coil Litigation was filed on Dec. 1, 2014.

Anyone that owns a home in Nevada that had an Aspen Series BB evaporator coil unit installed.
