Class members in the case claim that NIBCO’s plumbing parts caused leaks which damaged their property.
Chad Meadow filed Meadow, et al. v. NIBCO Inc. on Oct. 26, 2015. Kimberly Cole filed Cole, et al. v. NIBCO Inc.
Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who owned or rented a residential or commercial structure since Jan. 1, 2005 that had NIBCO’s Pex Tubing, Fittings, or Clams installed and have costs or damages associated with water leaks from the plumbing products.

Cole, et al. v. NIBCO Inc. is listed as case number 3:13-cv-07871-FLW-TJB and is pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Meadow, et al. v. NIBCO Inc. is listed as case number 3:15-cv-1124 and is pending in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
