A $4.3 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit entitled In re: Sonic Corp. Customer Data Security Breach, aka Sonic Drive-In Data Breach Settlement.

Class members in the case contend that their financial and personal information was compromised in a 2017 data breach.
Certain Sonic locations suffered a malware attack that took personal and financial information of its customers.
Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S., who made a purchase with a credit or debit card at the 325 Sonic Drive-In locations impacted from Apr. 7, 2017, to Oct. 28, 2017.
