Class members in the Stericycle Class Action Settlement are defined as “all persons and entities that, between March 8, 2003, through Oct. 26, 2017, resided in the U. S. (except Washington and Alaska), were identified by Stericycle as a “Small Quantity” or “SQ” customer, and were charged and paid more than their contractually agreed price for Stericycle’s medical waste disposal goods and services.”

The Stericycle Class Action Settlement is listed as case number 13-C-5795, MDL No. 2455 and is under review in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division.
Class members in the case contend that Stericycle’s did not honor fixed-price service contracts with its Small Quantity (SQ) customers.
