Class Action Lawsuits Definition

“A class action is a procedural device that permits one or more plaintiffs to file and prosecute a lawsuit on behalf of a larger group, or “class”. Put simply, the device allows courts to manage lawsuits that would otherwise be unmanageable if each class member (individuals who have suffered the same wrong at the hands of the defendant) were required to be joined in the lawsuit as a named plaintiff.” –

  1. I filled out and sent in the claim form the same day I received it. But first I called the Vitamix Blender Settlement Co to make sure I was sending in the correct Number off the Vitamix machine. After a long period of time I received a notice of claim denial as the wrong number was given even though I had asked you to give me the correct number. When I asked the person if this was the correct number to send in they said yes. Now I’m having to do it over at a much later date. I would appreciate it if you would take care of this matter so I can once again use my vitamix machine. Thank you. Cindy Parker – 605-336-9865
