Class members in the case contend that the Pinnacle and Legend window lines from Windsor Window Company and Woodgrain Millwork Inc. were made defectively, causing water damage in the windows and structures where the windows were installed.
Seven plaintiffs filed In re: Windsor Wood Clad Window Product Liability Litigation, which was consolidated into one multidistrict litigation (MDL).
Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who purchased qualifying windows within the Pinnacle and Legend product lines produced by Windsor from Jan. 1, 2000, and Jan. 5, 2018.

Proof of purchase required?
Class members must provide a claim form as well as proof of ownership, photographs of the windows, photographs of the damage, photographs of known address, exterior photos of all sides the house where the windows reside, and documentation of the repair costs.
