Class members in the case contend that FCH Enterprises’ Zippy’s Restaurants had a data breach that compromised their payment information including credit card numbers, expiration, and magnetic strip security codes.

Who should file a claim?
Anyone in the U.S. who used a credit card or debit card at Zippy’s Restaurants, Napolean’s Bakery, Kahala Sushi, Pear City Sushi, and Pomaika’I Ballrooms from the dates of Nov. 23, 2017, to Mar. 29, 2018.
